Preconditions
- In about:config, set "browser.privatebrowsing.felt-privacy-v1" to true
- Enable High Contrast Mode.
Steps to reproduce
- Open a private window.
- In the private tab, use the "Tab" key to navigate to the "Download Firefox Focus" or "X" buttons.
Expected result
- When using key navigation to reach the buttons, the focus ring should be clearly visible.
Actual result
- With the new theme, it's challenging to discern the focus ring around the buttons when navigating via keys. Please see the screencast for more details.

wow, this is very good catch, Simona! Difficult to see focus indications are access-s3 because they make it difficult to navigate but these are not blockers.
The static text within the content is not readable at all - that would be access-s2. @Simona, do you happen to have a bug filed for the insufficient text and button label color contrast? This would apply to both banners on the new page and the first's x

The severity field for this bug is set to S4. However, the accessibility severity is higher, .
