Following TB115 upgrade, Quicktext available for new emails but does not work on reply messages

Steps to reproduce:

Select reply to message
Go to quicktext dropdown and select signature (HTML)

Actual results:

Brief flicker in email but no signature appears

Expected results:

Signature added to email in position of cursor
Note that this still works as expected for new emails, but not for replies
