Steps to reproduce:
- Visit a website like https://www.onlinemictest.com/
- Press the "play" button and grant microphone access
Actual results:
A window shows in the top corner of the screen, says "XML Parsing Error: no root element found" -- "Location: chrome://browser/content/webrtcIndicator.xhtml"
