Details

Mnemonic/Accelerator key in menu items does not perform the action, instead it
just brings focus to that menu item. For example, using Alt+F to bring up File
menu, hit o key, it just highlights the "Open web location" menu. It should
dismiss the menu and bring up the Open Web Location dialog. Also accelerator
key Ctrl+O does not work. It does nothing. This is opened to address
accessibility issue accroding to W3C accessibility guildlines.
