Actual results:
freeze and fall down
Expected results:
It doesn't freeze up and fall off even if I don't do anything.

There seems to be no crash ID.
Also, there is no crash report, so it may not be exactly a crash.
As you can see in the attached image, the screen turns white and transparent, freezes, stops responding, and then crashes.

The software frieze and crashes in troubleshooting mode as well.
No crash report was generated either.
