1859505 - Make text referring to DoH more consistent across the UI

The strings we show the users across the UI screens are rather inconsistent.
We sometimes use "DNS over HTTPS" and sometimes "Secure DNS", and it may not be clear that they're always the same.

I think according to the slack thread about this topic the consensus was towards using "DNS over HTTPS"
