Steps to reproduce:

Thunderbird 115.3.2 on Xubuntu 22.04 LTS
Write an email using the Write - Thunderbird window.
File/Send Later to outbox - (ctrl+shift+enter)

Actual results:

The email goes into the outbox ready to send, but marked (right click) Mark > As Read

Expected results:

Previous versions of Thunderbird put emails into the outbox (right click) Mark > As Unread.
The Outbox Local Folder then shows an indicator showing an unread email to remind me to send the emails.
