Testing completed (on c-c, etc.): been on beta for a while and tested multiple times
Risk to taking this patch (and alternatives if risky):
Low risk. I'd like this on comm-esr115 so merge automation can handle the minor version bumps on that repo. Until now I've run this from comm-central, but with comm-esr128 on the horizon, the config for comm-esr115 has fallen out of the repo. Bug 1874971 is also needed.
