Steps to reproduce:
I have Thunderbird (115.3.3 (64-bits) installed on my Windows 11 PC and laptop. Both installations are configured exactly the same way.
Actual results:
The line where I can specify how to sort my emails is missing on my laptop. See attachment.
Expected results:
The line should be present on my laptop.

Sorting Cards View is provided within the messages display list options, delivered with version 115.0 via bug 1828499. In the icon to the right of Quick Filter.
