Steps to reproduce:
After the Update today to version 115.3.3 (32-bit), the System Menu ended up below the Menu Bar.
This is extremely confusing, and is non-standard Windows behaviour.
This either must be corrected, or you have to add a way to position the location of the System Menu / Menu Bar.
Actual results:
Unexpected changes in the visual layout.
Expected results:
Please stick to standard Windows behaviour.
System Menu always on the top of the main Window.
