Steps to reproduce:
Win10 64 Bit, This started with 115.3.3. I believe this feature was working in 115.3.2 but not certain. 115.3.3 on Win 7 32 Bit works just fine. The link comes up in Chrome.
Actual results:
Nothing happens when the link is clicked. Further more when right clicked on the link and Open Link in Browser is clicked. This does not work either.
Expected results:
The link should have opened in the default browser. Chrome in this case.
There is not browser user agent string as it is not working.

Does this still reproduce for you in version 128?
