The page produces illegal characters, must normally be coded.
The result has holes in the text.
When you select it, it moves, see capture attached.

Simon, it seems that the saved html does not produce the problem, the contents
is different, may be it's because it's not coming from a server.
I just made the same test on the server and I still get the error, animated text.
The URL provided on Bugzilla leads to another page when you are not log in.

You can create a free account on that site www.tiscali.be
When you have your login, go to the home page and use the services to modify
some of your data.

Then click on "Mon Compte"
Then on "Pour changer le mot de passe de votre Code Client..."
Enter your data and click Login, you'll reach the 'animated' page.

I've seen this before, and it depends on the font being used for display. I
think it happens using Mozilla, too. Can you confirm that, Stephane?

Might be a dup.

Ok this is reproducable in Mozilla to, you just need to make sure that the page
encoding is set to UTF8. So I'm setting product to Browser so the guys at
Mozilla can take a look at it.

Feel free to re-open if the issue is still reproducible on your end in the latest FF versions.
