User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.15; rv:120.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/120.0

Steps to reproduce:

load a form which contains <textarea>-elements, these are clickable but not fillable. Keystrokes in this fields are worthless, no letters appear. All other formfields like <input> or <button> are working.

Actual results:

If I type into <textarea>-fields, nothing happens.

Expected results:

my typed text should appear

If I disable the property "resize:vertical" in the developertools, the area filed becomes typeable

Is there a specific page where you are seeing this?

Yeah, without a test-case this is not really actionable. Could you attach one or provide a link? Thanks.

The test-case was seen in an internal app. In the meantime the bug is solved in 119..0.1

Fixed a bug with the <input> HTML element state not changing when dynamically updating the disabled attribute on an ancestor <fieldset>. (bug 1861027)

Great, thanks for confirming!
