Steps to reproduce:
load a form which contains <textarea>-elements, these are clickable but not fillable. Keystrokes in this fields are worthless, no letters appear. All other formfields like <input> or <button> are working.
Actual results:
If I type into <textarea>-fields, nothing happens.
Expected results:
my typed text should appear

If I disable the property "resize:vertical" in the developertools, the area filed becomes typeable

The test-case was seen in an internal app. In the meantime the bug is solved in 119..0.1
Fixed a bug with the <input> HTML element state not changing when dynamically updating the disabled attribute on an ancestor <fieldset>. (bug 1861027)
