macOS: Message List Columns can't be reordered with the keyboard after clicking on the column name in table mode. Have to hit tab. Works fine on Windows and Linux.

Steps to Reproduce

on macOS (works on Linux and Windows):

  • set Table View
  • click on a Column e.g. Subject
  • try to reorder columns using Option Left or Option Right

Expected Result

  • Columns are reordered

Actual Result

  • Columns are NOT reordered (as they are on Windows or Linux with Alt Left or Right)

macOS workaround

  • After clicking on a column, hit the tab key and then you can reorder columns
