1862388 - Add ability to hide/toggle email folders

Steps to reproduce:

Using Thunderbird on a Librem 5 phone (1440x720px with the scale at 150% [default is 200%])

Actual results:

it is just useable (YAY!!!!), but the screen real estate is very limited. There is no ability to toggle the visibility of the folder list when viewing emails and resizing the email list is near impossible.
Also on emails with CC and Reply to headers, the email body panel becomes very very small.

Expected results:

A button to hide/show the email accounts/folders sidebar would make Thunderbird much more useable.
The ability to either hide or scroll email headers would also maximise the space available for the email body panel on small screens
