Since last re-vendoring WebGPU CTS in bug 1834558, numerous updates, fixes, and additions of new test coverage have happened. With the introduction of moz-webgpu-cts to ease the workflow of updating CTS, we should try re-vendoring CTS again, to (1) determine if updates are still painful and (2) address some known bugs in the CTS that we are almost certainly affected by.
