User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.15; rv:109.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/119.0
Steps to reproduce:
Select a contest menu like "Message list display option" or any other folder pane contest menu
Actual results:
The contest menu shows two columns for the selecting item flag
Expected results:
Only one columns for the flag should be visualized

Does the problem go away if you do Help > Troubleshoot Mode?
