Steps to reproduce:

  1. Connect a USB webcam to your (M1 Pro) Macbook.
  2. Open Firefox Nightly (121.0a1)
  3. Go to any website needing Camera access. (Example: https://webcamtests.com/)
  4. The pop up asking for permissions on shows one camera. (internal Facetime HD camera)

Actual results:

The pop up asking for permissions on shows one camera. (internal Face-time HD camera).
Other browsers (Safary and Chrome, and Firefox ESR 115.3) are working as expected, showing both cameras as available.
