When in build macbook camera and an external camera are connected, only internal camera is available for use.

Details
Steps to reproduce:
- Connect a USB webcam to your (M1 Pro) Macbook.
- Open Firefox Nightly (121.0a1)
- Go to any website needing Camera access. (Example: https://webcamtests.com/)
- The pop up asking for permissions on shows one camera. (internal Facetime HD camera)
Actual results:
The pop up asking for permissions on shows one camera. (internal Face-time HD camera).
Other browsers (Safary and Chrome, and Firefox ESR 115.3) are working as expected, showing both cameras as available.
Expected results:
Connected USB camera should be available to use on the website, and to allow permissions.
