User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/119.0.0.0 Safari/537.36 Edg/119.0.0.0

Steps to reproduce:

Start thunderbird and communicate with an imap server with a filter for spams

Actual results:

the following error message is shown in the error console
10:11:00.626 services.settings: Failed to load last_modified.json: TypeError: NetworkError when attempting to fetch resource. Utils.sys.mjs:322

Expected results:

no error message is shown

It doesn't have anything to do with imap nor filters. It's a background update really.
We need to package it, port bug 1717068.
