Steps to reproduce:

Updating the application to version 115.4.2 "S U P E R N O V A".

Actual results:

The menu bar is broken and does not appear on top of the application window.

Expected results:

The menu bar must be displayed correctly and where it is usual in Windows applications, always and only at the top of the window.
