1. open a page that contains a flash plugin,
2. click on the flash, then the flash gets the focus
3. click on the url bar of mozilla
result:
the url bar can't get focus so we can not type in it.
This bug is due to the change of focus/active for bug 186518.
oh, no. it should be bug 176518
Dispatchactive after button press if we does not have focus.
