Steps to reproduce:
Open html file on my directly (url looks like file:///Users/inoy/projectname/index.html)
Actual results:
When i reload page loaded resources (images, styles etc) don't displayed in network tab.
Expected results:
Resources should be displayed
If you wonder why I made a copy of #1452905 -> this is because this was closed duplicate and meant to be solved with story #1000540. But #1000540 was closed very fast and does not solve the problem (see last comment by :valentin there). As I cannot comment there because of restrictions and E-Mails did not really help, I opened this bug as one of the few remaining means to notify you about the not-yet-working state.
