+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1866961 +++
Steps to reproduce:
Open html file on my directly (url looks like file:///Users/inoy/projectname/index.html)
Actual results:
When i reload page loaded resources (images, styles etc) don't displayed in network tab.
Expected results:
Resources should be displayed
If you wonder why I made a copy of bug 1452905 -> this is because this was closed duplicate and meant to be solved with story bug 1000540. But bug 1000540 was closed very fast and does not solve the problem (see last comment by :valentin there). As I cannot comment there because of restrictions and E-Mails did not really help, I opened this bug as one of the few remaining means to notify you about the not-yet-working state.
(And if you wonder why there's bug 1866961 - I have opened this in wrong product... and will close it right now)
