I have it configured to launch a new window when I click on a link from Outlook.
 This works for a while, but eventually Mozilla starts reusing the latest window.

I have a workaround: uninstall and reinstall Mozilla.

However, that's a pain and hopefully one of the developers will be able to solve
this.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use Mozilla for a while.
2. Click on a link from Outlook (currently, I'm looking for a job, so most of
the links I click on are from emails from HotJobs.com, Monster.com, etc.).
3. Mozilla will open a new window for each link; however, after some time it
starts to reuse windows.  Once it starts reusing windows, it ALWAYS reuses
window; I need to uninstall and reinstall Mozilla to reset the behavior to
opening a new window.

I'm not sure if this is a Mozilla problem or a microsoft problem. Back in the
days when i still used IE and OE i noticed that even if i specified NOT to
re-use IE windows to open new links clicked in OE, it would still re-use already
open windows. Might be a MS problem.

On some earlier builds Outlook did not reuse Phoenix windows. Now it does. I
have even installed user_pref("advanced.system.supportDDEExec", false); in my
user.js file, to no avail. Current version: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT
5.1; en-US; rv:1.3a) Gecko/20021228 Phoenix/0.5.

I would like to have the capacity to set in Prefs to use or not reuse windows.
Let me know if that should be a separate RFE bug.

For me and build 2002-12-28, Outlook 2000 always reuses the existing Phoenix
window. However, when I fire up the "gold standard" 2002-11-14 version, Px
Outlook does not reuse Px windows.
