1868477 - URL domain highlighting doesn't work when making changes to the URL without entering it, closing the tab and reopening it

STR:

1. Open a few tabs
2. In one of these tabs open any url with some text after the /, like https://friends.walla.co.il/login
3. Edit the url by removing the last n, don't press Enter
4. Type n again (so the url would be the same as the one mentioned in step 2), still don't press Enter
5. Close the URL popup by pressing Esc or clicking an empty space on the page
6. Ctrl + W
7. Ctrl + Shift + T

AR:
The URL on the reopened tab is without domain highlighting

ER:
Should be with.

I think there could be other STRs (and I think I encountered those), this is just an example I saw in the wild.
