Steps to reproduce

  1. Open a PDF with Text inside of Firefox.
  2. Open the Highlight menu.

Expected result

  • The Highlight menu should have 2 options:
  1. Highlight Freely (would behave similar to DRAW)
  2. Highlight Text (This would only highlight the text regardless if the user drags the Highlight over multiple rows of text or paragraphs)

Actual result

  • We currently don't have this option.
