(Tested in 115, not an issue there)
STR:
- add a chat account with encryption (preferably matrix, since that has a much longer e2ee tab)
- open the account manager
- select that account
- switch to the e2ee tab
- ensure the window is short enough for the contents to overflow
Expected result:
The settings pane scrolls to allow accessing the overflowing content
Actual result:
No scrollbar appears
