AudioIPC has been enabled in Nightly since bug 1846706. Feedback is positive, so it's time to let it ride the trains. Aiming for Firefox 122.

Thanks for the ping. This change should be invisible to users, and IIRC we didn't relnote when shipping for other platforms, so this should be fine without a relnote.
