User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:120.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/120.0
Steps to reproduce:
Name : thunderbird
Version : 115.5.1
Release : 1.fc38
Architecture: x86_64
Install Date: Sa 02 Dez 2023 11:42:54 CET
The edit event window has not enough height to contain all elements, when opend. Elements appear if window is enlarged/resized in Y.
See screenshot.
As this class of problems keeps happening all the time, it's time to rethink the use of this ui layout engine. These kind of issues have been solved 40 years ago on Amiga, Atari, Mac!
Actual results:
elements missing
Expected results:
bigger window frame.

What kind of resolution are you using? Have you customized the font size or scaling somehow?
In this case 1280x1024, but that's not the issue here, as thunderbird itself was in full screensize and there was -> more than enough <- space on top or below it, to open the windowframe big enough to render all elements.
On linux, the edit event window is centered and the default size is better (but not sufficient to see all the contents)
On Linux the edit window is centered (not on windows) and the size is better, but not sufficient to see all the content.

Most likely another victim of the toolkit flexbox migration.
