Recently in the scope of the bug1867006 the pref for support of HTTP2 websockets was disabled globally and enabled only in the metadata for infra tests, unfortunately that doesn't work in the upstream wpt repo, since it uses a different metadata set: https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/search?path=&q=testing%2Fweb-platform%2Ftests%2Finfrastructure%2Fmetadata%2Finfrastructure%2F.
