1869508 - Blurry font in Firefox Library with ClearType disabled after removal of the gfx.webrender.blob-images option

Steps to reproduce:

1. Disable ClearType in Windows
2. Set gfx.webrender.blob-images to false (the option was removed in Firefox 120 as per 1611626)
3. Display the Library window. (Same thing can be observed in the sidebar)

This bug was talking about this issue: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1707465
Setting gfx.webrender.force-disabled to true used to work, but then after a few versions it stopped working and gfx.webrender.blob-images to false had to be used. But it was recently removed and now the small font in the Library window is rendered with smoothing, which makes it very blurry and unreadable.

Actual results:

The font is blurry in parts of the window - see screenshots.

Library119.png is the one where everything is alright - all fonts are readable and not anti-aliased - taken from Firefox 119 with gfx.webrender.blob-images set to false.
Library120.png is the one where parts of the window are blurry and the top and column labels are alright - taken from Firefox 120.

Expected results:

The font should've been not anti-aliased (not smoothed) in all parts of the window.
