Details

We'd like to avoid loading webauthn.dll in content processes for performance reasons. We made some progress on this in Bug 1861484, but there are still a few calls to WinWebAuthnService::AreWebAuthNApisAvailable in WebAuthnManager.cpp that need to be replaced.
