User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/120.0.0.0 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce:

Created new profile (imap to Gmail) with just two subscribed folders (Inbox and sent mail).
Account server setting has marked OFF any checking of email:
No check for new messages at startup
no check for new message at x minutes
No Allow immediate server notification

Actual results:

TB still does the check for new email at startup, however this happens ONLY when any of the folders are selected at shutdown. Since the same folder is selected by default at startup, TB will then check for new messages.
Only if the main account line is selected before shutting TB, it won't check for new messages.

Expected results:

This probably happens due to the default check for mail when selecting a folder, although checking such an account for new message should ONLY happen when I do a specific "Check for new messages" under File - Get new messages.
It should also be possible to remove accounts from this above "all accounts".
