AR:

1. The response to user input is very slow.
2. The system-level memory increases. The increase is not rapid, it seems like while the demo freezes, even the memory consuming part freezes. As soon as the demo unfreezes momentarily, memory use increases

Oh and this repros on an autoland build that has fix from bug 1871841

This is not an urgent bug, or something that will realistically impact users. This is an edge-case/stress test. It is absolutely fine to look at this in January.
