1873101 - When hovering a folder, it doesn't always expand

https://hg.mozilla.org/comm-central/rev/ec4c75c93aa9 contains a logic error.

If you hover a folder that has subfolders, the timeout is set. If you hover another without subfolders before the timeout fires, the timeout is cleared. When you then return to the original folder, no new timeout is set and the folder doesn't expand.
