(Whiteboard: (12/24) asked reporter to try with a more recent build)

While waiting for a reply from a linked page I decided to stop the transfer and choose another link...the other links were rendered useless, forcing me to go back and choose the link I had followed to get to the mentioned page. build 1999111208 IBM aptiva s8c, 64 megs, 166 mhz. I am writing this on Netscape 4.51
This is similar to bug 12897. I assume the bug is in Mozilla, but why did you say "I am writing this using Netscape 4.51."
Reassigning all of leger's unscreened Browser-General bugs to nobody@mozilla.org for pre-screening and triage.
I can't reproduce this with 1999122208 WinNT (but I get some odd history behaviour using 'back' or in the 'Go' menu). budone@bellsouth.net : does this problem still occur using the M12 build? Can you check this?

I can't reproduce this on my 2000-01-04-08 Linux build, nor can Asa reproduce on his Win98 build, plus the bug writer was using an old build and hasn't responded to a request to retest with a newer build.
Although, budone@bellsouth.net, if you can reproduce this behaviour with an M12 or later build, then please REOPEN this bug with Steps to Reproduce. Thanks.
