I'm not OK with this resolution as "INVALID"
Currently, gtk2 version of mozilla doesn't support themes in the UI and in
forms. Therefore scrollbars in lists shouldn't be themed..

This describes a different problem to bug 183518. This bug is about scrollbars
_not_ repainting when the page is scrolled to make them visible. The other bug
is about scrollbars repainting incorrectly when they themselves are scrolled.
It may have the same cause, in which case the bug is still a duplicate. But
since no-one's said that's the case, I'm reopening this bug.

I'm seeing this on more than just scrolling.Try this:1. Launch a Moz-1.3 browser.2. Visit http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/query.cgi3. Click a Component.When the page redraws, many of the scrollbars will have been painted incorrectly.
