Some recent examples:
- https://firefox-ci-tc.services.mozilla.com/tasks/I7TKM6EsRtKRXArJMxcM-w (waited 3 hours to start)
- https://firefox-ci-tc.services.mozilla.com/tasks/EWOQrT6wTvieHIECAcqNlQ (waited 2 hours to start)
- https://firefox-ci-tc.services.mozilla.com/tasks/V_-zV-PoS2CsJv8LhbL-TA (waited 4 hours to start)
Here's a basic graph showing the average wait time for mac over time: https://sql.telemetry.mozilla.org/queries/96867/source#239083. It's a little difficult to tell - but it seems to have gotten a bit worse in recent months.

The pool for the tasks linked above is https://firefox-ci-tc.services.mozilla.com/provisioners/releng-hardware/worker-types/gecko-3-b-osx-1015.
Perhaps we need a dedicated pool or more hosts in the current pool. Is the task priority on the jobs already set to highest?

From the graph linked in comment 0, it seems to have gotten a lot better after bug 1867068 reduced contention on this pool.
