Steps to reproduce:
Upper Right, click "Account Sync"->Sync Settings
In this page, click "Learn more..." under the "Syncing" ON title
I'm using Daily Thunderbird 123.0a1 (2024-01-11) (64-bit)
Actual results:
Leads me to https://example.org/?page=learnMore
Expected results:
Provide me a detailed guide about sync

Whoever ends up creating the URL (which should be something like support.mozilla.org/kb/thunderbird-sync or some such :-) please let me know here in bugzilla via needinfo or in comment issue 35: and i'll create the SUMO KB article stub at that URL
