So, what looks like a pref that should only be enabled in tests looks to be enabled everywhere.
This means that the non-standard mozStartedLoadingTextTrack
event is being dispatched to <track> elements.
Was this on purpose?

Alastor is on PTO unfortunately, but seems unlikely to be on purpose. https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/084252265e0c4bbf1b2211801b55278090f90d64#l6.13 landed enabled by default which seems like an oversight.
Given this is totally undocumented, it's probably fine to unship. Wanna give it a shot?
