Steps to reproduce:

When I start Firefox and open "Open application menu" for the first time

Actual results:

"Report broken site" is displayed

Expected results:

"Report broken site" will disappears quickly (less than 0.5 seconds)

On Firefox release 121.0.1 "Report broken site" is not displayed at all in the menu, but in Firefox Nightly 124.0a1 "Report broken site" is displayed and remain displayed in the menu.
Is there any pref you are using on Firefox release that makes the button to be displayed.

Thanks for the report! This should be fixed in Firefox 122 (via the fix in bug 1870887).
