Steps to reproduce:

thunderbird 115.7.0 doesn't send attachment using Network Scanner Tool Lite (Sharp scanner program). The previus version of thunderbird is working (115.6.1).

To reproduce install Network Scanner Tool Lite from the sharp website (https://global.sharp/restricted/products/copier/downloads/search/uk/result.html?pid=375&os=48&region=8&lang=2)
Configure a profile as execute program, find the thunderbird exe. keep the file type as <Image>. Use a Sharp to scan to this profile.

PS: i have to use "open this program" in the network scanner tool profile cause use the "email program" is broken and didn't open the default mail sender (it's not relate do thunderbird, i know)

Actual results:

It open only the thunderbird program, without the create mail wizard and without attachment obsvly.

Expected results:

it should (as it does in the 115.6.1 version correctly) open Thunderbird with the create new mail wizard, and the attachment in pdf ready to send.
