Just on a lark I ran this : https://gpuweb.github.io/cts/standalone/?q=webgpu:* (note that the full URL is till the asterisk at the end.)

After running for 5-7 minutes, the tab crashed.

The reason to file this bug is that i would have expected the browser to fail the test gracefully, and not crash.
Note that I ran the CTS twice, and on both occassions these 2 crashes were produced. So this is pretty reproducible. Should not be too difficult to find out which exact test is causing the crashes.

TBH, the CTS is a gigantic set of tests. I'd be shocked if you didn't eventually find a crash on any machine. If you notice issues again, we should file individual issues for offending tests, not try to fit the entire scope of the CTS into here.
