Pocket's generated css file, main.compiled.css is out of date with respect to the source css changes.

As far as I can tell, only the changes in bug 1853652 and bug 1857522 have not been included.

Whilst these are not critical, it is not good that changes can make it into the tree without updating the build. Additionally, the JavaScript generated code is also susceptible to this as well.

The new tab / asrouter / aboutwelcome already has checks in place on CI - see bug 1873026 for an example (not also bug 1866170), so this could be based on those in some form.

Adding needinfo as I think it is important that this gets addressed soon, before something important gets missed.
