We currently seem to be timing out on this in the WPT test harness.

Severity: -- → S3
Priority: -- → P3

It seems that this is sometimes getting status NOTRUN when the test harness times out. Apart from these intermittent problems, we are always passing, see wpt.fyi. Chrome portrays the same pattern. I will close this as invalid, feel free to reopen if a way to reproduce or other actionable information surfaces.
