Steps to reproduce

- Close And Reopen the Review Checker from the Address bar icon only 5 times.
- Close and reopen the Review Checker a few more times.
Expected result
- The Keep Closed ? message should not be triggered behind the ONboarding message.
Actual result
- The Keep Closed ? message is triggered behind the ONboarding card.
Users have to Click the Adrress bar icon twice in order to close it.
If a user Closes the Sidebar for the first 5 products, he might opt in at the 6th product and see the Keep Closed message as soon as he opts in.
