sidebar doesnt completely collapse

issues with the sidebar .. sometimes when collapsing the sidebar
it doesnt completely collapse you can resize it and it seems to go back to
normal. i don't think this should be happening period .. however i'm
not sure how you would reproduce this.. its been happening for a while just
reported it now :( (nightly win32 11/13)

Thanks for the bug report. Yes, I've seen this, too, though the steps to repeat
it are difficult. A box bug, I believe. I think you can reproduce this by
continually opening and closing the sidebar.
