in system preferences, i've set my web browser to chimera and my mail client as
mozilla.  when i click on http: links in the mailer, it should open them using
my web browser, not mozilla.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. in system preferences, set the web browser to something other than mozilla
2. read mail in mozilla, which has an http: link in it.
3. click on link

Actual Results:  
a new mozilla window pops up and loads the link

Expected Results:  
popped up a new chimera window
