This affects both the "Edit Saved Search Properties" and "Filter Rules" dialogs: Selecting "Match all messages" doesn't completely gray out all search terms; any text or date input field seems to remain enabled, which can be quite irritating in my experience.

This is necessary for the CSS code in themeableDialog.css to have an effect when these fields are
disabled.
