We should allow the user to drag images to the Finder, which should save a .gif
or .jpg file (as if it was saved from the context menu), and to other
applications (which should be like an image drag, i.e. inserting PICT data).

Fix checked in.
Note that dragging images into Word will insert the URL at the moment; bug
172044 needs to be resolved before I can fix that.

Verified in the 2003-01-07-04 NB under OS X 10.2.3. Dragging Gif, jpeg, or Png
images to the desktop creates the correct file format. I can also drag images
from Chimera into other apps such as mozilla, IE and safari.
